Paperwork will be completed by Max Taylor. Please call him at 702-835-2152 to start your process. He will instruct you on how to move forward. You will receive an email with Form 613 that you will need to complete. After completing the form, print it out and mail it along with $30.00 CASH ONLY to:

Once he receives your CASH PAYMENT, he will email you your documents.

PLEASE CHECK THEM CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THEY ARE CORRECT!

Once you have corrected any errors, Max will email you your final set of documents. You will then need to take them to have them notarized. 

PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS HE SENDS YOU CAREFULLY! Some documents require that multiple ORIGINAL copies be notarized. 

There are two forms that required a RAISED SEAL - if you do not have them notarized with a RAISED SEAL, they will have to be redone, costing you valuable time, so take the time to do them correctly the first time. All of these instructions are included in your paperwork from Max Taylor. Again, READ THEM CAREFULLY to save time.

After you have all of your documents notarized, you will need to reach out to a recorder to have your documents uploaded to our Land Recording Office (LRO) You will be issued an American State Nation (ASN) number at that time.
